I’d like to introduce a bill called Ned Stark’s Law
This bill will require judges who issue the death penalty to actually shoot the guy themselves. No more of this abstract, sign a paper authorizing lethal injection shit. If a judge wants a guy dead, they have to look the guy in the eye and then pull the trigger.
